Decided to set aside a week to actually program up these dudes.

The Silver Speedsters are a squad that's all about momentum, shoving, and being fast dudes. So long as the board can be kept clear, they can work with clear passageways to build up powerful crashing attacks.

This is extremely early development stuff and probably needs a ton of balance passes. Also the boost pads look jank as hell.
BALANCE NOTES:
Probably should make the Accelerator Pads limited, like maybe 3ish?
Also I wanted some collision damage when using Accelerator Pads on the non-ramp option.
