Just some helpful tips of how I got the achievement. Be aware this is from my experience and I am only sharing on how I got it. It is entirely up to you if you have a plan set up to work on getting it.

Tips:
1. I recommend you do it in normal difficulty, again it is up you if you want to challenge yourself but doing it normal from my own experience save alot of hassle. Be warned even in normal the enemies can be a challenge will involve a-lot with trial and error but at least you have a chance to get them by surprise.

2. If you want to stay in the dark just use the light switch. Doing it with the circuit breaker will just leave you out in the open.

3. Save your Tranq and Taser ammo when you are nearing the end. Only use it when it is necessary.

4. Use choke or melee attack if its only one single enemy and be sure to hide them. Or you can use the unconscious body as a bait.

5. If you are a dealing an enemy in pair there are 2 ways to deal with them. One would you have one that is shot and the other melee. Two you would have to melee 2 enemies but you have to be real quick to do it.

6. Use your save state wisely if you reach the certain amount of number save it so you don't have to do it all the way to the beginning.
