Petridis stated that the GNOME Project is proud to announce the availability of GNOME 41.5; said this is a stable bug fix release for GNOME. Petridis said that those who want to compile GNOME 41.5 can use BuildStream ; He stated that upgrading from previous versions of GNOME 41 should be safe.

A few days before the release of GNOME 42, the 5th revision of the GNOME 41 environment was delivered on March 21, 2022. It is recommended for all users. Here's what to remember about GNOME 41.5.

The 5th revision of GNOME 41, the GNOME 41.5 release , is official . This new edition brings, according to Jordan Petridisi (GNOME Team), a small series of fixes:

"GNOME 41.5 is designed to be an annoying bug - fix update for GNOME 41. So upgrading from earlier versions of GNOME 41 is safe."
