HBM Stand for High Bandwidth Memory is RAM But it is a New TYPE of RAM in the Game of RAMs Like DDR4 and GDDR5.
HBM Memory is a Stacked DRAM Memory and DRAM is Dynamic Random-Access Memory.
Here How HBM Memory Work , The Current and First Generation of HBM Memory Have 4 Stack.
1 Stack Can 4 Layers.
1 Layer Can Have 256MB Per Layer.
So Now 256MB x 4 Layer of a Single Stack = 1024MB
1024MB Stack x 4 Stack = 4096MB / 4GB
