Another great shooter from Saber Interactive and as innovative as Timeshift.
But here you don't control time but gravity. Unfortunately not as much as one would think, like shifting planes and everything - this is only done with special "shifting ports", which transport you onto the ceiling or onto the wall of an opposite building.
But what you can control - with a little device that you have on your arm for most of the game - is the gravitation of objects. You just take aim and shoot with the device and at the point of impact the gravity is changed: either negatively or positively.
This means object can have less weight and float in the air which can then be picked up and thrown onto the enemy (good for exploding canisters or even lava!).
Or they can have more weight: it can be used to bring down heavy containers hanging on cranes for some cover. You could also use this on enemies so they would get dragged down onto the ground, helplessly lying there while you fire at them.
Graphics and sounds are nothing special but it's not an ugly game; especially while on the alien ship...
