The 2500k came out in 2011 and has heralded as the best CPU for gaming. After 5 years rocking this chip, can it still hold its own? Well, if you take a look at the framerate, it doesn't seem to hold back the GPU which keeps pegged at 99% utilization. Of course, with a beefier GPU like a 980Ti it would bottleneck it a bit but then, that difference would disappear at 1440p or 4k (980Ti for 1080p?Really?). Anyways, enjoy this series of videos I plan on making!
