43Archon Vitality makes it so when you deal a heat proc with an ability, instead of applying one heat proc you automatically apply two, increasing the strength of the heat proc, and this adds two every time.
However, it does not increase the damage of the ability itself so the fireballs created by Ember remain the same in damage, and just have stronger heat procs. This probably matters more on very high level play but at base steel path there isn't really a reason to use it unless you really want maximum dps over an augment mod or something else in that slot.
