Is ASI worth $? Do controllers matter? is it just about watts, software, components? I know it does!
22I started with a Votol Em 100, Sabvaton 72150, unlocked it then ran my BAC8000 all with close to the same power levels in dc amps and motor phase. ASI is no joke, its not a game, this bike still has a stock motor but I did outfit it with my old pack that can supply some amps enough for output an field weakening. Its not enough for my future plans but certainly enough to play with on the stock motor and at this point still runniing stock phase so while i cant dump allot of phase current for acceleration i can get some decent top speed. This pack is only about 48ah so small in capscity but can make about 400 dc amps. This pack has lishen 21700la cells. This bike weighs about 250 and im about 220 not lightweight at all! yes other factor matter wind resistance, aero dynamics( whether Im sitting up or tucked creating less drag) uphill , downhill, several factors so cant always keep the same conditions but do the best i can but Ive been rif=ding this thing and I can tell you there is definitely a Big Difference.
