Is Beam Eye Tracker an effective VR alternative on a Budget?
Can £20 really get you an effective eye tracker?
We're spending more and more on our driving and flight simulators, looking for the most immersive experience possible. For many, we've already spent too much. Can we acheive more immersion but on a budget? And can it be done without feeling physically sick like many of us do when using Virtual Reality?
I've been using the Beam Eye Tracker, purchased with my own money, and tested on my own driving sim rig across many of the most popular racing games available. This is a totally independant review by a product reviewer of over 20 years, gamer of over 40 years and occasional real-world racing driver.
