Is DayZ READY for 1.0? ► THE AFTERMATH OF THE FULL RELEASE

First and foremost, I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and festive holiday! :D
DayZ has recently been stripped of its early access armour and let loose into the wild with a fully fledged 1.0 release. In this video, I talk about the consequences of this decision, how it has opened up the game to a new level of backlash from reviewers and consumers- damaging its already teetering reputation. DayZ's new "1.0" tag has meant that the game will be scrutinised under the spotlight of the internet even more, whether it be big streamers like Shroud covering the release, or articles written by journalists. It is obviously completely clear that the game is in no fit state to be labelled as 1.0. This build should be called 0.64 at the most. The reasons for the hurried release are somewhat unclear, but we could speculate that it came as a forced choice from a higher-up executive working at Bohemia.
Towards the end of the video, I summarise five top ways in which the devs could repair the damage that has been done by releasing such a unfinished 1.0 version...such as reverting the 1.0 tag, becoming more transparent with the community in the future, and leaving time to prioritise key features that will generate authentic hype and excitement for a 'true' 1.0 release.
As a disclaimer: I am a HUGE DayZ, Arma and Bohemia Interactive fan in general. By making this video, I by no means intend to add fuel to the DayZ fire. Instead, I hope to offer up some useful information to the community and hopefully attract the attention of the developers so the situation is rectified. TLDR: I too want DayZ to be the best possible game it can be!
