Is GoWJ just a Call of Duty clone? (Discussion)

In this video my XBL friend Slim and I talk about CoD and GoWJ. Do you guys think Gears of War Judgement is just another Call of Duty clone? I will be honest and say that this video doesn't necessarily say everything that needs to be said about it but I really want you guys to comment in the comment section below and give me your opinions about the matter. As you all pretty much know some games these days are becoming a little lack luster or don't seem to live up to the game company's or our expectations and as a result their profits go down and our interest and/or involvement goes down as well. Call of Duty may be an exception to this because of its yearly sales of each CoD release however there never seems to be a big difference from the newer CoD games and not to mention the heavy reliance on DLC.
All I can really say is that in my opinion Gears of War Judgement has a lot of features from other games such as grenade spawn, two weapons spawn only, easy level up progression, and with only 4 maps released on the day it came out it seems apparent that Epic Games (mostly People Can Fly) are simply trying to make a CoD clone so they can appeal to the casual gamers who will most likely go back to Call of Duty anyways. If still don't know where I'm getting at all I am really saying in a nutshell is that I don't like GoWJ or more specifically the way the game has features from CoD which in turn makes it less Gears of War like. Oh and releasing 1 map for free after a game already is released doesn't go well with people. Just saying.
P.S. I know my Youtube channel is mostly about PC gaming but that doesn't mean I hate or don't like console gaming. I don't make videos like this very often but I just felt the need to for I use to play and love the Gears of War series very much but now I feel only discontent with GoWJ. In the video I am playing Dishonored which is ironic because Dishonored is a really good game but the commentary is talking about a controversial gaming topic.
