IS IT TIME TO PUT THIS TO BED? | Robopon: Sun Version (#9, End?)
Hey guys, MonsterMatt here to welcome you to the world of Robopon! While it's obviously taken a *lot* of nods from Pokemon, I was surprised by how many differences from the original Red/Blue they had incorporated - some of which would show up in Pokemon in later Generations, like the Date/Time function. But perhaps the best feature of Robopon over standard Pokemon is the ability to customize your Robopon's parts and software to create your own movesets on the fly!
So whether it's just a Pokemon knock-off or something more, I hope you enjoy your time watching me play Robopon. :)

It's always appreciated and I hope we can create a channel, and a wider community, where we can all bring our gaming enthusiasm to the table. :)
Robopon Sun Version was actually released with a companion game that never made it to North America. This was Robopon Star Version, and the two games were released in Japan in December of 1998. This was followed up by making the duo into a trio with Robopon Moon Version, which would be released about a year later, a month or so *after* Nintendo released Pokemon Gold and Pokemon Silver. The more you know! :)
