The RTX 3050 has a similar total graphics power (TGP) compared with the GTX 1660 Ti, too, with 130W vs. 120W for the older card. Though that runs on a thinner 128-bit aggregated memory bus compared with the GTX 1660 Ti's 192-bit bus, which is why you end up with less memory bandwidth as a result.
