Is the Monkey Ace Heli Pilot Wizard Strategy Good in Bloons TD Battles 2?

I will be testing out a brand-new off-meta strat which I've discovered sometime in the days. However, it does in fact do something unique and good against Bloon rushes. It is weak against early Regen Zebra/Rainbow bloons, but can be good against early MOAB/BFB and or ZOMG spam.
