Can a Warp Drive Go Faster Than Light? What is a warp drive?

Alexey Bobrick is a theoretical astrophysicist at Lund University, where he works on questions related mergers of stars, the supernova explosions they produce and their populations in the Galaxy and clusters. He is completing his PhD thesis in Lund this spring.

Gianni Martire is an Italian-American Internet entrepreneur, a self-taught physicist, a Y Combinator alum, and a successful angel investor. In his free time, he passionately works on open-source patents to address problems such as infant mortality, industrial pollution, and DIY power solutions for developing nations.
