The long-awaited June Direct is finally here! We already knew this summer video was on the way thanks to President Furukawa sharing on Twitter, but now we have a date. Interestingly, Furukawa also confirmed that we won't see any news of the Switch's successor console, instead this Direct will only focus on Switch titles. Although, that doesn't mean we for sure won't get any 2025 nuggets... I'll explain more in my predictions before the video starts.

As for what could be the swan song of the Switch, the long rumored FE4 remake is hard to ignore, along with the Zelda ports that have been in Switch predictions for years. The internet would lose its mind if Metroid Prime 4 was finally revived, but maybe it'll only be a Prime 2 remake, haha. Here's hoping for a memorable final or penultimate Switch only Direct!
