It's my Isaac Delirium Kill - Isaac Afterbirth Plus Gameplay - Let's Play: Part 18. Hey, it's some Isaac Afterbirth Plus gameplay and we get a Delirium kill as Isaac.

Thanks for checking in to this series showing off my Isaac Delirium kill in this Isaac Afterbirth Plus gameplay. I've decided to play an Isaac run in this episode as we take on Delirium, hoping for that kill and the D Infinity.

This Isaac Delirium Kill was tough but I'm really happy we managed to kill Delirium as Isaac and unlock the D Infinity. The Delirium fight is tough but with Isaac we managed to get the kill, ticking another character off the list. After beating Delirium as Isaac you unlock the D Infinity in Isaac Afterbirth Plus.

Getting a Delirium kill in Isaac Afterbirth Plus is super tough, especially as Isaac, so I'm really happy we managed to get this Isaac Delirium kill. Delirium is arguably one of the hardest bosses in the game and by killing Delirium as Isaac we have unlocked a new item in the D Infinity which will help in future runs as we try to kill Delirium with other characters apart from Isaac.

I believe Deaths Touch played a vital part in this Isaac Delirium Kill so I'm really happy we got this awesome item found in Isaac Afterbirth Plus.

So what is Isaac Afterbirth Plus about? Isaac Afterbirth Plus is the brand new expansion for The Binding of Isaac Afterbirth and I literally cannot wait to show you this Isaac Delirium kill as we go for The Binding of Isaac Afterbirth Plus items.

Now, Isaac Afterbirth Plus adds a ton of new stuff to the 2015 The Binding of Isaac Rebirth expansion, Afterbirth, and the aim of this Isaac Delirium kill gameplay is to show it all off to you wonderful viewers, we're going for The Binding of Isaac Afterbirth items. When I installed this brilliant Isaac Afterbirth Plus expansion I decided to continue with my 1001% save from Afterbirth as I believe this is the best approach for showing new Isaac Afterbirth Plus items and this Isaac Delirium kill. Knowing my luck, we won’t come across any new items in the first few runs of Isaac Afterbirth Plus however, we do get an Isaac Delirium kill with new items and before you know it these gameplay videos will be stuffed full of brand Isaac Afterbirth Plus items and Delirium kills.

What exactly does Isaac Afterbirth Plus include? Taken straight from the Binding of Isaac cheat sheet website (http://platinumgod.co.uk/afterbirth-plus) this expansion includes:

+ A new playable character (Apollyon)
+ 67 new items, 27 new trinkets and 10+ new pickups
+ A new final chapter
+ A new final boss
+ 62 new achievements
+ 5 achievement ‘challenges’
+ 100s of new rooms
+ New victory lap feature! (allows the game to continue when finished)
+ A bestiary showing you a lot of detail related to the enemies you encounter throughout the game
+ 2 new transformations
+ Monthly content updates (game will be updated with community made mods)
+ 4+ new bosses and a new alt forms for existing bosses!

You may think that's a huge amount to include in Isaac Afterbirth Plus but that’s not all! The real meat in this expansion is being provided in the way of modding and mod tools, which provides the possibility of Isaac Afterbirth Plus becoming a game that receives new content non-stop. The modding support on release is as follows (http://platinumgod.co.uk/afterbirth-plus):

+ A LUA modding API
+ Official room editor
+ Animation editor
+ Item pool editor
+ Custom challenge creator (you could even make something like the Pong challenge)

So, as you can see Isaac Afterbirth Plus is an expansion that adds an insane amount of content for The Binding of Isaac Afterbirth items and with a bit of luck, my Isaac Delirium kill is gonna discover it all.
