ISG maintains CY23 guidance for managed services at +5% YoY but cuts guidance for SAAS to +11.5% YoY, from 15% YoY. They see uncertainty in decision making which could impact overall deal momentum. ISG expects good recovery in H2 but they expect weakness in BFSI to recover in H2. As far as geography wise performance is concerned, US remains weak driven by weak BFSI while Europe continues to remain strong, especially UK.
