There's a horrible latency when using Airpod Pros (1st Generation) as the mic on the Insta360 X3. This is how you fix it. Also it's a 360 video so you'll need to pan around to my screen to see what I'm doing.

Sound quality on the Airpods is also very meh, its like they reverted to a low sampling rate.

On a side note, when using Airpods Pros as a gaming headset on a PC, and using them as both output for audio and input for mic'ing my speech it also reverts to a very low sampling rate. Very low quality audio indeed. It's usable but not that clear. One not very good solution is to just use it for audio and use a separate mic for capturing sound, such as a mic with a stand. In the end I gave up and used a separate headphone and mic.

Also I only have the Airpods Pros 1st Generation, not the new ones that look exactly the same but with many improvements.
