0This deck is decent. I'd probably take out Rayquaza GX for a Rescue Stretcher or something else. This deck is fun to play. One of its weaknesses is that if it faces a deck that starts going full force turn 1, this deck has a hard time catching up. This deck needs a turn or 2 before everything gets all situated. Its a fun deck so I would recommend giving the deck a chance. I don't think its Tier 1 but its a solid deck.
