So, I've finally gotten around to fixing Sakhalin Strait! How long has it been? :D This is my first beta version release. I've run through the map in DW 1.04 with RA 1.40 and all the objectives worked as they should. Here is the download link and the paragraph below has more details about the scenario and this release.

I thought I was fixing the Sub Command version, but I actually modified the RA version, which includes a few extra changes that I approve of. I increased the odds of facing multiple JMSDF patrol frigates and made the Special Forces drop-off a much more deliberate endeavour. Please feel free to try it out and definitely leave your feedback below! Key points to think about:

-Are there too many patrolling frigates?
-Is the SOF drop-off time too hard to reach?
-Is the fishing boat rendezvous too hard to reach?
