I've Had It Up To *HERE* With Discord Support
158Discord has a serious problem.
Not only has it become the perfect environment of scammers and confidence tricksters, but worse: they have the WORST Technical Support team in the entire world. Their Support team can only be contacted via their highly ineffectual 'Support Ticket' mechanism, which is hit and miss, and often takes months of waiting before a response arrives, and more often than not, will be an automated response and not from a human support technician.
Their Support team is so bad, they are in effect practically HELPING the scammers, rather than stopping them.
If you are a user of Discord, please take stock of what I say in this video, and beware. If you lose your account due to a scam or misunderstanding, you will likely NEVER get it back.

Only after reading some of these stories, you will begin to see just what kind of bureaucratic nightmare you are sleepwalking into. Don't let yourself become a victim.
Discord's entire attitude towards their customer-base and user-base is totally unacceptable. They will take your money instantly when you wish to purchase special perks or subscriptions, yet suddenly when it comes to assisting you and fulfilling their end of the contract, they will take months before bothering to respond to any complaint or query that may arise.
If you have fallen victim to the same scam that I have, then please share and promote this video. Discord will never notice (or bother responding) to this apparent oversight in their cybersecurity system unless there is enough pressure.

Finally, remember, if you have fallen victim to a scam, it is NOT your fault.
It is nobody's fault other than the scammer's. Don't let the scammers, or the scammer-sympathisers in the comment section insult and humiliate you. Ignore and block them.
