This was my first ever game in the light IX Steel Cruiser Vallejo. My build is:
- Spotting Aircraft Mod 1
- Defensive AA Fire Mod 1
- Aiming Systems Mod 1
- Propulsion Mod 1
- Steering Gears Mod 2
- Main Battery Mod 3
21 pt Legendary Halsey Commander:

•••• Top Grade Gunner
Overall this is a clear lighthouse build, since i think Vallejo should be played that way. You are a light cruiser and you have a 25 mm shell catcher on your back, making it hard to kite. Also you have no hydroacoustic search or radar. However your deck armor is 38 mm, you have good shell arcs and superior range (with that short reload spotting. aircraft).
