Using my team's box-break method, I've found the entrance to Izanami Forge on Nessus. From the outside, the entire forge seems to be fully modeled. However, it would appear that Bungie does not want us to go here. This is the only instance I've ever seen where you get error-coded for trying to access a location. It's basically Bungie's "Keep Out" sign...and we can't get around it.
