This is a Fast kill strategy that I came up with to defeat Jack Krauser on hardcore difficulty during a fresh NEW GAME progress in the chapter 14 boss fight against him. Some people say the Fighters Knife is faster but that weapon is only available to use against him in new game plus when you've already beat the game. This video was made during a fresh new game where you don't have access to the fighters knife for this fight.

*Sniper is Max power* (2 headshots to get him to drop down or stop attacking depending on the area he is in)
*Magnum (Broken Butterfly) is Max power*
*Crossbow is max power*
0:00 First part of the fight: 2 headshots with sniper & 1 strong grenade = he flashes you and leaves area
0:52 just shoot him with pistol BEFORE he surprise attacks you!
2:02 2 headshots with sniper and he will stop attacking.
2:43 4 bombs planted + 1 flash + 1 strong grenade & maybe a couple pistol shots and he will throw a flash and leave the area to transform. *Make sure the bombs are planted up against the wall and than throw the grenade which will explode and push the boss back into the mines dealing enough damage for a phase change with potentially a few pistol shots thrown in there*
3:13 run through the dark area. You only need to parry and/or dodge him if a dodge prompt comes up. watch the clip to see when each button needs to be pressed during each encounter with him.
4:04 The final phase. Parry him and try to land as much headshot damage as you can with the Magnum to kill him quickly. If you get the kick prompt make sure you kick him to deal a lot of damage so you can save magnum ammo.
