Jackal (NES/FC) - Longplay
Jackal (Japanese 特殊 部隊 ジ ャ ッ カ ル tokushu butai jakkaru, literally "Special Forces Jackal") (Top Gunner in the United States) is an action video game developed by Konami in 1986. It was originally released as an arcade game machine based on the hardware for the Double Dribble game. It was subsequently ported to a number of home gaming systems, including the Nintendo Entertainment System. The Famicom Disk System version of the game was released under the name Final Command: Akai Yōsai (フ ァ イ ナ ル コ マ ン ド 赤 い 要塞 fainaru komando akai yo: sai, literally "Last Order: Red Fortress"). On July 29, 2009, Konami published Final Command Red Fortress in Japan as a mobile app for FOMA 703i and 900i series phones. The service was provided when connected to the Konami Net DX network. The soundtrack has been officially available since 2014 on the second part of the Konami Famicom Chronicle compilation from Egg Music Records
