Jagex quietly patched this new Agility method
1,064This game update brings even more changes from Project Rebalance: Skilling. This includes fixes to previous additions as well as new content! There were also some Varlamore changes, mainly involving Hunters' Rumours, and some updates on Runefest and Insomnia events and tickets.

You could get easily more than 200 tickets/hr. At 270 xp per pillar tag and 379.5 xp per ticket trade in, that's already 130k xp/hr. When you add in the obstacles that's another 4k xp/hr minimum, but realistically they would probably add on closer to 10k xp/hr, making the total xp/hr 140k if you only got 200 tickets/hr.
