Jak 3 - Final Barrier Skip Tutorial
391. Drive up with a set amount of speed into the barrier (you get a feel for it, it's not super specific, but just a small range. For example the successful attempt i ended up getting in the video was slightly too slow which is why i didn't quite fly over it and i got stuck on top of the barrier.)
2. Tilt the stick back as youre driving up the ramp
3. Jump right as you hit the barrier and hit R2 a tiny bit after L1
4. Adjust in the air depending on your outcome
Two more things to mention. You'll crash a lot in mission select so dont get discouraged, and also you only beat the mission when you are driving forward into the end trigger. It's possible to fly over the end trigger by going too high. Simply back up into the barrier on the other side and boost forward and the mission will end.
