Before it was a strange tale about people lining up to be arrested at a top secret military base, Area 51 was a well received Light gun shooter from the 90s that made use of motion capture, 3D Modeling, and fair game play to revolutionize the light gun genre. I sat down with James Mestemaker who worked on all 3 Mesa Logic games and talked about what it was like to develop the series, as well as what he's up to now and how he got started . If you played any fan favorites over the years the chances are you've touched some of James other work and you didn't even know it.
