Jamie Marchi files Motion to Dismiss/TCPA- My Thoughts

I give my rambly thoughts on Jamie Marchi’s Motion to Dismiss/TCPA. It’s a smaller document (106 pages, and most of is supporting docs, but the vid ended up being over 30mins longer, lol :-P I found this to be an easier read than the MoRon TCPA. Marchi’s lawyer, Sam Johnson, pretty much keeps it professional, but he still makes quite a few wild claims, mischaracterizations, and assertions, in my humble, somewhat informed opinion. This TCPA made me laugh, as opposed to the MoRon one, but I did lose my cool here and there.
