I'm vlogging my 2023 progress with my agoraphobia/anxiety, as a way to motivate myself to keep going outside the house even though it's really scary for me still! I do say in the video but I've pretty much spent the last year being scared of going out into my back garden, or then overcorrecting and forcing myself to go on nights out when that just made things worse.

So this is my vlog of me slowly getting used to going outside with some help from friends and family.
