Kadokawa President faced immediate backlash as he thought that self censoring manga would help get more reviews for their manga on Apple and Google, but fans of manga in Japan made their voices heard, as they told the company of how bad of an idea this was. Thankfully the company didn't go through with the idea, and now the President of Kadokawa has to return a portion of his salary due to this terrible idea that he had.
