Returning to Belebog was a nice change. Topaz was great but this quest raises a lot of questions about the Interastral Peace Corporation (IPC) and their business practices. The IPC was completely in the wrong with how Belebog was handled. Think about it this way: Usually when you make a contract or agreement with another party there needs to be an evidence trail and due diligence is required from both involved parties. Belebog was in no position to keep track of its debts while the IPC wrote it off based on an assumption and never made the effort to check on Jarilo-VI's condition despite having the means to. That is neglectful conduct so then to claim you have a debt and refuse any aid in the repayment saying that the time it has taken resulted in no help being given is ridiculous. Its almost predatory business practices. Topaz did mention in the 1.4 special program that the IPC is in the red which is really bad in capitalism so it makes me wonder if in some cases like this one that they are behaving like vultures. If so then it could impact their reputation long term.

There are some audio issues in this video and others recorded on day one of the update as OBS decided to have an issue loading my capture card so I had to remake its template which removed my preset settings for audio volume and the channels they save to. I have fixed the audio channels for future videos and streams but it will need more tweaks.
