My Leg Day:

1. Cardio warm-up for 10 minutes.
2. Dropset Squats. 3 sets to Failure.
3. Leg Press. 3 Sets to Failure.
4. Foot Pedals. 3 Sets to Failure.
5. Leg Raises. 4 sets of 10.
6. Reverse Leg Raises. 4 sets of 10.
7. Calve Raises. 4 sets of 10.

Be sure to consume some protein following your workout for maximum gains!
