Just seems like whatever CD Projekt Red tries to say to answer the claims of widespread bigotry of not just them buy the upcoming game Cyberpunk 2077, the blog media outlets have a ready made answer for. As if they didn't even hear out what the developers even said. There might be a firm reason behind this, though: they know what Cyberpunk 2077 is about to expose about how the corporate media NOW is exploiting outrage culture and minority identities. Perhaps it should be making us upset, but for entirely different reasons than we are being told that it should be.
