Sadly, we chose to use a different cut of meat for this batch. The Eye Round Roasts at my butcher were all under 2lbs, so we went with another cut that looked promising - a Rump Roast. Some cuts are just not made to be jerky. Come along as we test this out with a Baja Jerky Dry Marinade!
Marinade Recipe:
5 Tsp Salt
5 Tsp Black Pepper
1.5 Tsp Chili Powder
1.5 Tsp Ground Ginger
1.5 Tsp Turmeric
1.5 Tsp Ground Cumin
