I have a lot to type down here, primarily because this run won't have my voice-over, but also because, if I had failed, I would have had a lot to add.

One thing I finally noticed, almost factually, is that this game's difficulty reacts to the multiplier of your medals. The higher it goes up, the faster and slightly more mean they are. Watch the highway of death in the level two boss to see proof. Very narrow. Somehow I had never noticed this before, or played good enough to see, but if I had game overed, this realization would have brought up a strategy of not solely going for high point modifiers. Maybe scoring a ton of high points, then dying, and then staying low. Capture a good amount of lives, guard them, and complete the game not worrying about extra points beyond a certain part. In a way, that may have happened here

Beyond that though, I am elated to finally rid myself of this haunting. I had feelings that I was going to have a decent shot at it, holding around 6 lives at one point late in the game, and you can certainly see where nervousness and other shakiness caused some bad plays later on, that thankfully didn't end it all. Finally reaching the credits brought tears to my eyes. Although there weren't that many exorcism runs, the mentality and determination was there. I was prepared to go back to the drawing board and reevaluated everything, pick a new main, and build it from the ground level again. I was prepared to stare into the void of another twenty videos of me failing time and time again, falling for the same mistakes. But I think that mental block or fear might have been my biggest enemy. Knowing its a 25 minute long game and knowing you're going to fail just before the finish line broke me mentally, but coming back, turning off that part of the brain, and just going for it was one of the most rewarding experiences on this channel this year. And thank you for joining me for this quick tour into hell and back. I know I don't get a lot of views here or on social media, but there was a noticeable bump for this game and the concept of coming back to some of my past failures. That extra bit of encouragement was just enough hype to fuel this success. Knowing I wasn't alone during this meant a lot and I have your support to thank for this clear.

Finally, if you stick around to see it, you'll see I'm mentioned in the credits as a play tester. When I was first granted a chance to play and show this game off day one, I was really excited and pumped. Then I found out I was added in a patch in the credits. At the time, it was something I was very proud of, boasted about, although I felt a bit undeserved. As time grew on without a clear, it felt more and more undeserved. There was something in my head that said I had to reach the end and see my name in the credits, but I failed over and over and over. I felt like had brought shame upon myself, the game, the devs, and everyone else, in the most stereotypical samurai fashion. Having come close, but not capturing, I walked away, far away, as if there was a mental state that wouldn't remind me of this lingering task. However, with the announcement of Super XYX scheduled for a release this year, I felt I was running out of time. I either needed to do it now or never. Could I even do Super XYX without confronting Jet Buster first? There were a slew of silly thoughts in my head, all of which came together to from the concept of the exorcism runs. With the rebranding, the rehyping, and the support, I've finally did it. One angry specter finally laid to rest, and I can't be more happy about weight being lifted off my shoulders. However, Jet Buster wasn't alone, so we continue on.

Thank you all, again.
