Best thing is to watch my first attempt, then watch the final (fourth) one at 01:02:44.

Okay, so three times, I miss one Tribal. After loads of watching my own footage and looking up walkthroughs, I have figured out that the Tribal I missed is supposed to appear the first time on 08:37. I manage to collect it at 01:04:04.

So, this Tribal didn't die (because that would be registered), yet it wasn't there, three times. My suspicion is (but I'm not sure since I didn't watch my second and third attempts) that it somehow disappears once you enter the lower floors. The last time I made sure I collected the four Tribals on the first floor (not counting the dock room) and then went down to collect the four on the lower floor.

The bottom floor is entirely Tribal-less, and pointless.
