JetBrains, the makers of popular cross platform IDEs and developers' tools such as Rider, CLion, ReSharper, IntelliJ, WebStorm and more, just announced upcoming pricing changes to their subscription model that will make things more expensive for future purchases. Thankfully it does not seem to apply to individual licenses and current subscriptions will be grandfathered, so it will only be to future purchases of JetBrains tools. If your'e on the fence about subscribing to JetBrains products, you really want to consider doing it before January 2nd, 2025 though!
