3,484Jimmy Fallon and other Hollywood celebrities are being sued over their promotion of Bored Ape NFTs, with the complaint being they used their platforms to hawk the NFTs without disclosing they received their NFTs for free and/or had a stake in he company. Apparently this is a big no no.
