This is how to do the The World bug.
The trick is to combo into knives, and doing The World before the knives actually kill your opponent.
In this example I use:

tandem: [A,A,B,C], dio: dash, dash, d.2B (so 3 dashes in total), link the world.

conditions for this combo:
1. obviously, must not be the last round
2. you need 5 supers
3. need to hit opponent standing, with at least half a screen of room
4. opponent needs to have certain amount of health left
5. Must not win the round with a perfect (probably not gonna happen anyway)

as you can see, the conditions are quite hard to achieve, but the combo itself isn't that hard.
