Happy to detour from my FFVII Project for some fun simple yet addictive racing arcade action. If your not sure what game I'm referring to, it's the m2 developed classic 'Outrun' from Sega. Out Run is a 3D driving video game in which the player controls a Ferrari Testarossa Spider from a first third-person rear perspective. Designed as a racing game, the goal is to avoid traffic and reach one of five destinations. After revisiting this game, I can appreciate a racer where what place you finish in is inconsequential but simply making it to the end of the course in the time required to pass.
