Joyville is a mascot horror game by indie developer KudPlay Games. I came across this game when I streamed Tattletail for my birthday, and I enjoyed the atmosphere enough (along with some accidental glitching) in my casual playthrough to give it the speedrun treatment.

Pretty neat fling glitch! Might go for the record, since it looks like a fun category with pretty accessible tricks.
