So JP had received several changes that helps new players a lot.

For starters, after beating the Tutorial Mission, EVERY unit will be Crystal Level and normal Level 70 and your summons start at Lv20.

The biggest thing for new players, is that there's a new chocoboard (just for new players).

In other words, you pretty much have to pull a BT and an FR and you have a fully build unit. The 50+1 pull is an anniversary thing though (afaik).

It took me around 1 hour to get a fully build Tifa. Although the 50+1 pull probably also helped, because that way I got like 40+ characters without having to do anything else.
