Juiced Rebalance Mod - hard walkthrough #1 ch.1

JUICED REBALANCE MOD
Comes in three versions. Not all versions have all features. The final one, "Evening the Score", is the most modern and (IMO) the most balanced, although it also massively increases the maximum power for most cars. Note that all of these are years old at this point.
"Original Recipe": Fixes some annoyances with some of the cars, doesn't affect balance too significantly, several cars are completely untouched. I don't think this includes extra wheel or neon colors, either.
"RWD / RHD Rehab" (I can't remember which it was supposed to be called): Starts shaking up the balance quite a bit, including making the Japanese cars way more powerful and trying to make the RWD cars all more controllable by increasing the ASR strength. Includes some inaccuracies like the MR2 and 300ZX (both NA models) being treated as turbo models.
"Evening the Score": After I figured out how to change the maximum upgraded power of NA cars by changing the "turbo" line in the dynamics file, I figured out how to change the upgrades such that a lot of cars besides the Viper, Corvette, Mustang, etc are available in Class 1. Now the Skyline, Supra, Honda version of the NSX (at some point I differentiated the Acura version into a 3.0L five-speed model), and various other cars can all hit class 1, without significantly affecting the power level of the Viper. This version gets rowdy, especially because I did not improve the tires at all in any systematic way, but this is the final version I put together and how I still play the game now.
Might add some more fixes later, mostly because I still inaccurately have the MR2 set up as a Turbo model (the MR2 in-game model is a mess, with a '94-'96 spoiler but '91-'93 tail lights, but it definitely has an NA engine cover).
