The quasi Ogmos (or Roundmos as Raocow dubbed them, which honestly fits quite nicely, haha) have a nasty habit of randomness. The best I can figure thus for this coin is that you have to rush in and just hope that one is one of the last few to jump up... Kind of a strange design decision, that... However, it comes up rarely enough that it isn't really too much of a bother. The same can be said of needing to hold down when making an ice platform in such a narrow space. I think this is the only place it comes up in the game, but it can be frustrating when it happens!
