This is the 5th video in the series, Retro Game Haul on a Budget. With only $30 a month to spend (added 100 for Father's Day give), I try and find cheap prices for retro games. Currently, I am purchasing online and buying the cheapest possible price for games I don't own.
Now the fun part is that I'll be live streaming the games I find and playing them until I beat them. I'll use similar conditions as TheMexicanRunner's NESMANIA rules you might be familiar with but the only exceptions will be that I will research the games before hand and make sure I know how to beat them BEFORE trying to stream a playthrough. Although I love the idea of playing games blind, I can only stream about 1-2 hours a night and only a couple nights a week so I can't have an 8 hour grind session to complete longer games. Since I will be using actual hardware, I won't have the ability to use cheats. However I will take advantage of any in game continue codes. I won't use codes that make the game too easy like contra's 30 lives code. and I won't use any crazy glitches to beat games unfairly. I want to have a nice challenge, but I also understand some games are BRUTAL!

More Info: If/When I finish the games in each video, I will start working on my back catalogue of between 20-30 NES games.

Lastly: I will be creating a google doc of my current collection if by chance you wanted to donate any cheap NES games laying around. Don't give me your Bonk's Adventure or World Championship carts lol but if you got a cheap crappy football game, or something not worth much let me know! I will beat those games LIVE as well!
