If you want to use the face paint and splatfest tees, here's a free photoshop software (works great):

For best results with face pain/tees follow these steps:
1. In photopea, click new project
2. In the "social" tab click "youtube profile"
3. Hit create
4. Open the squid icon maker, make your inkling how you want, then on the picture click "copy"
5. Go back to photopea and click "paste"
6. DON'T SCALE ANYTHING UP YET!!
7. Get any of the assets you would want (face paint/ splatfest tees) and go to "file" then "open and place"
8. after you grabbed the files drag the mouse over everything
9. click "edit" then go down to "free transform"
10. Drag the bottom right corner of the image to the bottom right corner of the file
11. BOOM you did it! Now click "file" and "export as" then click "png"
