485Justin Bieber NEW 2014 Haircut Tutorial.
I have gotten a number of requests for Justin Bieber's new haircut. He is wearing it slightly different now as it's all blended and several months back it had a slight disconnection.
The sides I started on the sideburn area with a 1 1/2 guard then blended up into a #3 guard. The rest was blended by hand leaving it 1 inch in the corners, then 1 1/2 on top to 2 inches the most in the front.
I used a dry paste to style it.
