This is the replacement for "Power of 'NEO'" in JW!Altertale, playing during the "boss fight" with Undyne the Undying on the Genocide Route. (Battle Against a True Hero is referenced in Undyne's normal final boss theme.)
I always found the Altertale set of swaps to be interesting, and am disappointed at how poorly they're executed in the original AU.
